All our jewellery is made from the highest quality stainless steel and plated in 18k gold.
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
Our gold plating process is a lot stronger than usual gold plating making our jewellery resistant to corrosion and rust. You can wear all our pieces in the sea, shower and with creams without risk of the jewellery going green or rusting however, over time the base of rings go through so much wear and tear which may change the shade of the gold to a slightly warmer tone.
The green stain left by some jewellery is usually caused by alloys containing nickel and copper. All our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel meaning it will not turn your skin green.
All of our pieces are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for specific details.
All of our jewellery is safe to be worn in water, whether it's the shower or the sea and it is guaranteed not to tarnish or turn your skin green.

Delivery and Returns FAQ

  • We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings returns.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

  • Our orders are packaged within 15 minutes Monday-Friday and therefore no amendments or cancellations can be made. If assistance is required please email contact@arimiajewels.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist where possible.

  • As a small business we do not currently offer free returns or exchanges and recommend the items are sent tracked. We are not liable for returns which go missing. 

  • We are so sorry that on the rare occasion you have received a faulty item. If this happens please email us at contact@arimiajewels.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
