We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings returns.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery.

Our orders are packaged within 15 minutes Monday-Friday and therefore no amendments or cancellations can be made. If assistance is required please email contact@arimiajewels.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist where possible.

As a small business we do not currently offer free returns or exchanges and recommend the items are sent tracked. We are not liable for returns which go missing.
